COMPATIBILITY: Formulated for permanent makeup lip-blush. Pigment undertone: Cool. Pigment value: Dark. Skin tones: Fair, beige, olive, caramel, and dark brown (Fitzpatrick 2-4). Popular mixes: Add depth and coolness to any lip pigment color with a drop or two of this pigment.
